10. Navaratan korma:

This delicious recipe has its origin from Mughals. Navaratan Korma is prepared by adding a long list of vegetable, fruits, and curd. The taste and the method of preparation differ at different places but it is still good and hold the precious background of India.

9. Dal Tadka:

Another authentic recipe from northern part of India. The origin of the recipe cannot be marked at one place but it is commonly liked by all. Staple food for the people for certain region. The dish is commonly prepared with yellow lintels fried with oil and then boiled to some extent. The dhaba style tadka is the favorite food for all Indians.

Baigan barta is a very flavourful dish made with eggplant. It is a simple combination of herbs and spices. Tasty and healthy.

7. Mutter paneer: 

After milk, paneer is the only major protein providing food for vegetarians. Panner fried in ghee and mixed with spiced curry with cooked green peas is absolutely delicious. Goes well with dry roti and butter naan.

Aloo Gobi is a side dish for roti and pulav. Pulav is made up of steamed rice with fewer spices. Aloo Gobi is a partially dry curry made up of potato and cauliflower.

Kadhi pakoda is another lip-smacking dish from north India. The besan flour is mixed with chopped onions and green chills and then mixed with yogurt usually served with rice and roti.

Rajma, the red bean curry is a staple food for many. Goes well with rice. Healthy and tasty dish. Easy to prepare.

3. Allo Paratha:

Aloo paratha is a typical Punjabi dish commonly served during festivals and wedding with butter on the top of the allied parathas one on the other. This yummy dish has its origin from Punjab and then spread all over India.

2. Dum Biryani:

Dum biryani also knew as Hydrabadi briyani has a different cooking style than any other briyani. The taste is priceless and unique rare flavor stays in heart even after one has completed his plate. The cumin seeds and bay leaves are cooked in ghee and then the vegetables are added one by one. The choice of vegetables is completely free. Stirred well and then well-soaked basmati rice is added. The dum is kept at the last stage of cooking of the biryani. Very tasty and lip-smacking.

Mushroom 65 is served as a starter at some restaurants. Very tasty and finger licking dish is not available in many places. But lucky are those who taste it often. Sometimes served as mushroom Manchurian. Very tasty and crunchy and it is everyone’s favorite.
